Typing in your name is the same as signing with a pen. I understand that photos of players may be used in publications and publicity for this program. Practices will be twice per week. Games are usually on Saturdays with occasional Tuesday evening game. Players are expected to be at practice on time and to be on the field on game days 15 minutes before game.

Games are played at Columbus Youth Soccer Fields, 3151 Woodruff Farm Rd.
